Core Objectives of SIAC
The Securities Investors Association of Cambodia (SIAC) is established with the following objectives
1. Education and Awareness
To provide education and raise awareness on blockchain technology and securities, including digital assets
2. Member Engagement and Updates
To keep members informed of ongoing developments and challenges by establishing mechanisms to monitor and share relevant laws, regulations, and industry changes.
3. Promotion, Education, and Dissemination
To actively promote financial education and widely disseminate information, legal updates, and regulations related to securities and digital assets to the public through all available channels.
4. Policy Recommendations
To offer policy recommendations and strategic guidance to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and other relevant institutions in support of the securities and digital asset sector’s growth
5. Communication and Collaboration
To encourage open communication, harmony, and collaboration among members in order to build unity and achieve consensus
6. Representation
To represent and advocate for the common interests of members in discussions with external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and partner institutions.
SecuritiesTrading Education
SIAC provides comprehensive education and training in securities trading, covering a wide range of financial instruments such as Digital Assets, Foreign Exchange (Forex), Bonds, equities, and other products governed by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). Through specialized training, policy engagement, and member support, we aim to build a strong, informed, and resilient investor community.

Full Membership Requirements
To become a full member of the Association, individuals must meet the following obligations:

Maintain a personal or business financial status where income exceeds expenses
02
Recruit two new members within three to six months of completing the membership orientation.

Contribute an annual support fee of $50.
04
Possess a positive outlook toward oneself, the Association, and the nation.
05
Agree to attend and successfully complete the required basic courses annually to retain membership.
